Additional Disorders

We provide help to clients with Anxiety Disorders and OCD. We also assist with many of life’s struggles/transitions. These might include loss, stress, illness, health, chronic pain, depression, mood issues, relationship difficulties, couples counseling, mindfulness, social skills, and sleep disorders.

Things you might choose to work on in therapy or skills you might gain:

-Learn to manage worry and what if’s

-Become more assertive

-Learn mindfulness techniques

-Problem solve situations you want to change

-Practice listening skills
