Additional Disorders

We provide help to clients with Anxiety Disorders and OCD. We also assist with many of life’s struggles/transitions. These might include loss, stress, illness, health, depression, mood issues, relationship difficulties, and sleep disorders.

Things you might choose to work on in therapy or skills you might gain:

-Learn to manage worry and what if’s

-Become more assertive

-Learn mindfulness techniques

-Problem solve situations you want to change

-Practice listening skills
