Erin Hummel, MSW, LSW
Erin Hummel is a licensed social worker. She received her Bachelor’s degree at York College of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree for social work from Boston University. Erin is currently working toward her clinical license and is being supervised by Shannon Weise, MSW, LCSW. Erin has been working in the field for many years. She has specialized experience working as a trauma therapist with survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Her compassion for those who have experienced trauma, PTSD, OCD, and anxiety has created a dedication for continual learning and teaching within the community.
Erin works with clients of all ages using evidence-based treatments including CBT, ERP, TF-CBT, PE, MI, and CPT. Erin’s goal when meeting with clients is to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental relationship to foster and support your goals. Her natural ability to connect with her clients enables successful collaboration throughout the healing journey.
When Erin is outside of the office, she enjoys time with her children and her Yorkie rescue, decorating, treasure hunting for vintage housewares, writing, painting, reading and making her surroundings beautiful.
