Each therapist has their own fees.
Appointments with Shannon:
$225 for 60 minute coaching session or in-home appointment
$180 for initial appt/evaluation
$175 for 45 minute session
$50 for each group session
Appointments with Emily:
$145 for 60 minute session/evaluation
$140 for 45 minute session
$50 for each group session
Appointments with Erin:
$135 for 60 minute session/evaluation
$130 for 45 minute session
$50 for each group session
Appointments with Lynnea:
$120 for 60 minute session/evaluation
$115 for 45 minute session
$50 for each group session
Please discuss any session times or fees with your therapist prior to scheduling. All payments are billed the morning of your session.
Our services are private pay, and we are out-of-network with all insurances. This means that we do not participate with any insurance plan. Payment is due in full at the time of session in the form of credit card, debit card, or HSA card. Payment is processed on a secure patient portal through Simple Practice. You will have invoices and superbills emailed directly to you. You may submit to your insurance plan on your own. You may or may not receive reimbursement, it depends on your plan. Please contact your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network benefits/deductible. The CPT codes you might want to ask about are: 90791 for initial evaluation for 60 minutes, 90834 for 45 minutes and 90837 for 60 minutes. These are the codes that we most frequently bill: 90791 and 90834. Being an out of network provider gives us the flexibility to work together without the confines and demands of insurance. The treatment we provide is often time limited, although treatment is different for everyone, some clients may take less time, and some will take longer.
You aren’t required to get care out-of-network. You can choose a provider or facility in your plan’s network. Please cancel all appointments 24 hours in advance or you will be billed for this time. These appointments cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Our late cancellation fee is the full session fee.
