Lynnea Bowlin, M.A., APC, NCC

Lynnea is an associate professional and nationally certified counselor. Lynnea is being supervised by Shannon Weise, MSW, LCSW for her LPC. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and Master’s degree in counseling from Messiah University. Lynnea has been in the mental health field for many years. She has worked in residential inpatient settings, outpatient practices and most recently, a college counseling center.

Lynnea has experience working with OCD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, relationship issues and spirituality. She works with individuals of all ages using CBT, ERP, ACT and DBT. Lynnea is continually learning and finding ways to help her clients, wherever they may be at. She believes that therapy should be a collaboration and a space to grow and understand ourselves better. She feels passionate about creating a comfortable environment for her clients and getting to know them outside of their presenting concerns.

When Lynnea is not in the office, she spends her time finding ways to be creative, through music, art and writing.
