Walk and Talk Therapy combines traditional talk therapy with the physical exercise of walking. You receive the benefits of talk therapy, while at the same time receiving the benefits of physical exercise. Participating in this service is easy, you arrive at my conveniently located office, and we head out to walk along the Susquehanna River. You set the pace. It can be active, relaxing, or meditative. Many individuals find this form of therapy helpful for jumpstarting change, increasing motivation, and improving their ability to “open up”. Let’s get walking!
